As owner of P21 Construction Management Ltd. Darren has worked with some of the biggest modular developers and manufacturers in Western Canada and the USA, including Metric Modular, Triple M Modular and Guerdon Homes.
Darren’s invaluable experience and knowledge of the modular building process has earned him the reputation of being a true modular expert and the opportunity to be a lead participant and consultant on numerous off-site construction projects.
Darren has led several major modular development teams in Saskatchewan and British Columbia on projects such as Sterling Manor, Harbour View Estates, the 6-storey Hampton Inn & Suites at Kelowna Airport as well as numerous affordable housing projects throughout Western Canada.
Darren is a Principal and Managing Director of 360 VCM working out of Kelowna, BC and Regina, SK.
